Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Calloy's website, marketplace, instant-quote tool, Work Dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Calloy. Business accounts must be authorized to bind the company they represent.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Calloy is not liable for losses arising from compromised accounts.

Buyers and sellers transact directly with each other. Calloy is not a party to transactions between users but provides the marketplace, pricing, escrow, and dispute infrastructure. Platform fees are disclosed at checkout. All sales are subject to our Safeguard policy and the individual shop's accepted quote terms.

• No unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity.
• No circumventing the platform to avoid fees on matched work.
• No uploading malicious code, spam, or scraping at scale.
• No submitting CAD files or specifications for items covered by US export-control regulations without prior ITAR registration.

You retain ownership of the CAD files, drawings, and other materials you upload. You grant Calloy a limited license to process, display, and route those materials to matched shops solely to provide the Service.

Fees are described on the pricing page and in-flow at checkout. Seller-side fees are deducted from payouts; buyer-side fees are charged at checkout. Stripe processes all payments under its own terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time via Account settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CALLOY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ITEMS LISTED OR PARTS MANUFACTURED BY THIRD-PARTY SHOPS. USE SAFEGUARD FOR QUALITY COVERAGE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALLOY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) THE FEES YOU PAID CALLOY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
